Installed 2 wireless switches, blanked old switch.
Upon inspection, it became evident that the unit's draft motor has unfortunately reached the end of its service life and will need to be replaced. This vital component, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of air through the system, is essential for maintaining optimal performance and safety. By replacing the draft motor with a high-quality, new component, we can restore the system to its full functionality, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently, bringing peace of mind and consistent comfort back into your home.
Water heater replacement. I had to disconnect the old water heater, remove the old pipes, and install the new water heater. I also had to make sure that the new water heater was properly connected and that the gas lines were secure. The water heater was then tested to ensure it was working properly. The client was pleased with the service.
I have nothing but good things to say. I am glad I was referred to you. I look forward to your continued service.

Upon arrival did not notice a smell. Inspected inside return grill, inside coil compartment and return flex, blower and in side the drain trap. Found unit and trap dirty and full of water and unit and blower had microbial growth on the pan and blower components. Spoke with tenet some more and he could only smell it in his room. He said his room mate had her supply vent blocked off with card board. Tech went to look and the room has a sour smell to it and food sitting out. We found nothing in hvac system to suspect smell is coming from the system. We believe that when the heat comes on it is intensifying smell from roommates room to other areas of the home. There is evidence that the home had a split system furnace at some point. B vent flue pipe is still open in the attic

After waiting 10 minutes tech found unit was low on refrigerant and put 1 lbs 4.25 oz in unit which got unit back to efficiency. At this time unit is running as it should. Tenant said he was going to replace filter that he already had.
When tech arrived tech found popped 3amp fuse. Tech started looking into 24v short. Tech found transformer was not passing 24v and replaced transformer. Transformer is now passing 24v andUnit is running as it should at this time. It does need preventative maintenance.
